Worsley Inspections LLC has been in business since 2004 in Gillette, WY. Steve Worsley started this business to perform thorough home inspections for buyers in Gillette. Steve is dedicated to providing a comprehensive inspection for our clients. We are there for you as the buyer to protect you and notify you of the problems with the property that you are going to buy. Currently anybody in Wyoming can perform a home inspection without any accreditations or certifications. We are certified in Home Inspections, Mold testing, and Radon testing. We use the most up to date equipment to provide accurate results. We don't perform any repairs or mitigation on any properties which we inspect because we believe that this is a conflict of interest. We are members of HIF (Housing Inspection Foundation), NAMRI ( National Association Of Mold Remediators And Inspectors), NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program), and The BBB (Better Business Bureau). We perform radon testing with a CRM (Continuous Radon Monitor) which is the most accurate and reliable testing method for radon. We offer several ways to test for mold. The most reliable method is to run an air test which is done in the suspected area and on the exterior, we can also do a tape lift or swab if the mold is located to determine the mold types. We always recommend mitigation if any mold is detected, in our opinion there shouldn't be any test's run if mold is detected. Once mitigation has been completed we can run an air sample to determine if the mitigation has been performed correctly.
